At Fleur Leer, each handbag is carefully crafted and inspected to meet our high standards of quality. We want you to love your purchase, but in the rare case that something goes wrong, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the incorrect item, color, or variation due to an order fulfillment error.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Exclusions
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., bags with name engraving).
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by misuse.
- Returns requested outside of the return window.
Return Request Timeline
- You must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Return Process
- Contact us at admin@fleurleer.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the product and issue.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether your return is eligible.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item to us.
Refunds & Replacements
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Alternatively, you may request a replacement item (subject to availability).
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Fleur Leer will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
