- All orders are processed within 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed.
- During peak periods, workshops, or seasonal demand, processing may take slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Timeframes
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Local deliveries within South Africa typically take 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- For remote or outlying areas, additional time may be required.
Shipping Fees
- Standard delivery within South Africa is included in the cost of your order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Any additional express shipping or special delivery requests will be calculated and displayed before completing your order.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- This will allow you to follow your parcel’s journey, from our studio to your doorstep.
Delays & Responsibility
- While Fleur Leer works with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or events beyond our control.
- Fleur Leer is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier, but we will assist wherever possible to resolve any shipping issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Missing Parcels
